Chassis-plate in 3 mm 7075 T6 Ergal, machined to make lighter without compromising its mechanical properties 8° kick-up. The interlocking holes to locate the fairing bracket and rear suspension. Anodized chassis-plate.
Composite stiffner front and rear, to give extra stiffness.
Central disk-brake system
Located on the differential axle shaft, powered by 2 independent cams brake adjustment on both the front and the rear. Steel pads with special friction material.
Nitro Version – Consists of three distinct boxes: the back fit is suitable for the receiver and well designed for a better passage of servo wires; a small box in the center securing power switch and finally a safe big enough box for the receiver battery. Flux Version – Consists of 2 parts: the first part on the left side of the chassis, that houses the battery, the electronic regulator and the switch; the second part is on the front right of the chassis and includes the servo steering mount. This compartment contains the receiver.
Servo arms and linkages
Very simple and fluid system. Linkage flows very smooth that is an easy way to get very precise in your adjustment.
Adjustable servo saver controls the Ackerman in Ergal plate, which by means of two adjustable ties, operates the front sprocket. The stub-axles is supported by C in Ergal with 18° bank angle. The transmission to the wheels takes place via CVD on 8x14x4 bearings. Optional: C in Ergal with 20° bank angle can be used.
The front arms made of plastic material with high tenacity and strength. These are fixed with special steel pins and bushings on Ergal plates. System that allows an easy adjustment by changing the bushings and arm thicknesses (Caster).
Front anti-roll bar
The ball-raced front anti-roll bar system, consists of a steel wire, which is connected to the suspension arm via ball-raced and guided through the differential case. The wire can simply be varied as it is provided with different diameters for an adequately controlled of the bar on the model (2.2-2.4-2.6).
Shock-tower and body-mounts front
The shock absorbers are fixed to the lower arms by balls while the top is secured by aluminum spacers to the lightened 5 mm Ergal support. Adjustable body-mount by 4 positioning hooking holes.
The Ackerman plate is made of anodized Ergal 7075 T6. Simple positioning with the servomotor bushings. The ball-end coupling point joining the steering tie rod to the stub-axle can be adjusted thanks to the link on one of the 3 holes on the Ackerman plate.
Rear suspension arms
The rear arms made of plastic material with high tenacity and strength. The arms are fixed with special steel pins and bushings on Ergal plates. System that allows an easy adjustment of the bushings. The height of the lower suspension arm can be adjusted by the screw on the arm.
Rear uprights assembly
Composite uprights consist of an Ergal stub-axle hinged to the lower suspension arm. It uses 8x16x5 bearings, adjustable stub-axle at the fixing point of the upper suspension tie rod. The drag-wheels are made of anodized Ergal and fitted with anti-screwdriver shaped wheel nut.
Rear anti-roll bar
The ball-raced rear anti-roll bar system, consists of a steel wire, which is connected to the suspension arm via ball-raced and guided through the differential case. The wire can simply be varied as it is provided with different diameters for an adequately controlled of the bar on the model (2.4-2.6-2.8).
The shock absorbers are fixed to the lower arm by balls while the top is secured by aluminum spacers to the milled 5 mm Ergal support. Adjustable body-mount by 5 positioning hooking holes.
Wing-mount and body-mounts
The wing-mount provides a good efficiency to the wing: easy to adjust moving the slip supporting the wing. The body is secured by 2 columns (the first one is on the rear bracket and the second one onto the front plate mounting bracket).
Captured pivot pins and balls and bolted hinge pins
All treated-steel hinge pins are highly resistant to both impact and wear. Model comes with “C” stub-axle mount 18° banking angle connected to the adjustable front suspension arm through a sphere.
16 mm Big Bore Ergal shock absorbers and 4 mm fork tubes protected by soft rubber. Thick anodized shock absorber with cap applied with oil drain screw. Package sealing is made through just a locking ring screwed onto the shock absorber. Shock absorber membrane sponges and set plates with 5 holes 1.2-1.3-1.4. Adjustable ring through ring nut.
An assortment of several measurements of springs is available for any kind of track.
Consist of 6 gears with smooth metal uses and a special sealing case that guarantees an excellent heat resistance and good toughness: the model, with 43T conical crown and special gasket for a good adherence of the silicone grease; differential shafts are made of a heat treated steel to ensure a long lasting durability and an exceptional resistance; the semi-axes are moved through steel plugs connected to the differential planetary gear; the whole unit running in 8x16x5 bearings – conical crown with 13T bevel gear running in 2 bearings 8x16x5; the central unit is surrounded by a low-weight 46T steel crown protected internally by a nylon plate.
Front and rear CVD-sets
Drive is transmitted from the differential to the wheels by means of 4 steel CVD rolling against 8x16x5 bearing on the backside, while front stub-axles uses 8x14x4 bearing.
Central transmission gear parts
Consist of 2 rubber protection homo-kinetic hinges (constant velocity joints) with high resistance.
The motor is connected to the chassis via cradle in Ergal; two independent anodized benches in Ergal connect the engine to the cradle to facilitate engine removal.
Exhaust and Alu mount
The tuned pipe is secured by a steel wire with the coils spring in anodized aluminum holder. Helps to provide better impact resistance and to prevent various stresses to which the model is subjected to.
The clutch consist of 7075 Ergal flywheel with 3 shoe clutch made of carbon and Ergal.
150 CC fuel-tank
125 CC standard fuel-tank with a bronze sintered filter and splash-side guard. The system ensures a constant flow of fuel to the engine in every position and also prevents fuel outflow into the braking-block assembly – tether hook for fuel pipe.

The model comes with oils or greases for first use.
